Q. Who will be coming to my home to do the cleaning?
A. We understand that many people are concerned with someone coming into their home or business. Let us set your mind at ease. We only employ only uniformed, fully Insured, highly trained, smiling, English speaking technicians. These are employees, NOT subcontractors. Q. Will you be careful with my walls, wood floors, corners, and breakables?
A. Yes! We always use corner guards, place towels or walk off mats to prevent damage from scratching or nicks. We are very careful with your belongings and treat your home like it is our own.
Q. What method of Carpet Cleaning is best and why?
A. All the big carpet manufacturers say steam cleaning (Hot Water Extraction) removes more soil than any other method. This is our method of choice. Truck mounted equipment to be exact. By far the dirtiest carpets I see are do it yourself and dry cleaned carpet! The reason being soap residue left in the carpet from insufficient rinsing or NO rinsing at all. We have invested in top notch equipment to properly clean, rinse and dry your carpets for the most thorough long lasting clean and fastest drying times in our industry.
Q. Are your products safe for my kids, pets and the environment?
A. We use green sealed certified environmentally friendly products. We also have the only E.P.A certified green product for protecting your carpets/upholstery after cleanings. Your family and pets are safe with us!
Q. How long will it take for my carpet to dry and can I walk on it?
A. Most carpets are dry shortly after we leave. This is due to superior equipment and the use of high speed air movers so they are not left wet like most companies do. We also supply plastic shoe covers upon request so you can walk on the carpet immediately. Clean socks are also fine. Please be careful when walking from a damp carpet to a hard surface to prevent slipping.
Q. Will you be on time and not make me wait around all day?
A. Yes!! We know that waiting around for a service company can be very frustrating and unprofessional! We know you are busy just like us, so we have a convenient 1 hour wait period. Example: arrival time between 1-2pm If we happen to be running late you will get phone call.
